DC 37 members lead the way from destruction to recovery


Left: By September, construction workers had completed 81 stories of the new $3.1 billion One World Trade Center. Soaring 1,776 feet into the downtown Manhattan sky, One World Trade Center will be the country's largest building when completed in 2013.
