The DC 37 Latino Heritage Committee will conclude its Latino Heritage Month celebration with a grand finale sponsored by Locals 372 and 1549 on Oct. 7.

The committee will celebrate Puerto Rican Heritage Week with an opening program Nov. 14 and a finale Nov. 18.

October is Civil Service Month, and the DC 37 Civil Service Committee will mark the occasion with a program including guest speakers on Oct. 12. For more information, call 212-815-1502.

On Oct. 28 from 6 p.m. to midnight the DC 37 Black History Committee will hold its annual fundraising Halloween Masquerade Party.
