Pay Dates for DC 37 Economic Contract Raises

In September and early October, members who work at mayoral agencies and the Dept. of Education received the first two pay raises-and the $1,000 bonus-of the new economic agreement. Members who work at the Health and Hospitals Corp. received the $1,000 on Oct. 10.

The following are other scheduled pay dates for DC 37 members:

MAYORAL AGENCIES and Department of Education
Oct. 24 - Included in regular paycheck
• Rate and retroactive pay for the 3rd and 4th increases (including overtime and night shift differential) for Sept. 13, 2013 (1 percent) and Sept. 13, 2014 (1.5 percent).
Nov. 7 - Included in regular paycheck
Recurring Increment Increases (RIP) will be processed.
Nov. 21
Service increment increases for employees who have received the increment for more than two years. Retroactive pay and rate increases, if applicable, for 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 will be paid in this check.
• Retired, separated or terminated mayoral agency employees will be paid on Oct. 10 for any retro due for 2011 and 2012, and a second check on Oct. 24 if due retro for Sept. 3, 2013, or Sept. 3, 2014.

• Employees who left active payroll before Aug. 5 are not eligible for the ratification bonus.

HEALTH AND HOSPITALS CORPORATION
(Includes active and separated employees)
Oct. 24 - Included in regular paycheck
• Rate and retroactive increases for Sept. 3, 2011 - 1 percent; Sept. 3, 2012 - 1 percent; Sept. 3, 2013 - 1 percent; Sept. 3, 2014 - 1.5 percent

NYC HOUSING AUTHORITY
Oct. 16 - Included in regular paycheck
$1,000 ratification bonus
• Rate increases for 2011 and 2012 - active employees only
Sept. 3, 2011 - 1 percent; Sept. 3, 2012 - 1 percent
Oct. 30 - Included in regular paycheck
• All retroactive payments for 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014
• Rate increases for 2013 and 2014 - active employees only
Sept. 3, 2013 - 1 percent; Sept. 3, 2014 - 1.5 percent
Nov. 13 - Retroactive payments for terminated, separated or retired employees for percentage increases only. Employees who left payroll before Aug. 5 are not eligible for the ratification bonus.

QUEENS BOROUGH PUBLIC LIBRARY
Sept. 26 - $1,000 Ratification bonus check; Oct. 31 - New rates in effect. Retro to be paid in a separate check.

NEW YORK PUBLIC LIBRARY
Sept. 19 - New rates reflected in pay checks; Sept. 26 - $1,000 ratification bonus check; Oct. 10 - Retroactive wage increase check (includes all retroactive adjustments through September 7, 2014)

BROOKLYN PUBLIC LIBRARY
Sept. 19 - $1,000 Ratification bonus check; Oct. 10 - Retroactive wage increase check (includes all retroactive adjustments through September 19, 2014); Oct. 17 - Paychecks will reflect new annual salary.

AMERICAN MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY
Oct. 10 - $1,000 Ratification bonus check; Oct. 17 - Tentative date for rate and retro increases.

BROOKLYN MUSEUM of ART
Oct. 16 - $1,000 Ratification bonus check. Rate and retro for increases will be paid when funds are received from the city.

BROOKLY ACADEMY OF MUSIC
• Ratification bonus paid on 9/12/14. Will follow the city on rate and retroactive pay dates.

MUSEUM OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK
Oct. 17 - $1,000 ratification bonus; Oct. 31 - Rate & retroactive pay.

No Pay Dates as of Yet: Wildlife Conservation Society, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Brooklyn Children's Museum, Queens Botanical Garden, Staten Island Institute of Arts & Sciences, New York Botanical Garden, Brooklyn Botanical Garden, New York Hall of Science, Staten Island Zoological Society, Staten Island Historical Society, Wave Hill, El Museo del Barrio.
