One-Man March for day care ends


Raglan George, executive director of District Council 1707, left, announced the end of his one-man weekly marches for public day-care centers at City Hall. He said he will end his protests to give the administration of Mayor-elect Bill de Blasio time to address the outgoing administration's damage to public early childhood education.
