The DC 37 Irish Heritage Committee will hold its annual celebration March 4 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. The committee will also sell Irish soda bread and glasses in the union lobby on March 11 and will march in the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade on March 17. The Disability Advisory Committee has adopted the Americans with Disabilities Act as the theme for its 2011 programs and will be marking April, Disability Month, by co-sponsoring a program with Local 1549 on April 4. The topic will be the effect of the ADA on public-sector employees. Look for more information in the March PEP.

The Citizenship Committee will be holding a forum on immigration issues in April. More information will be in the next PEP.

The Jewish Heritage Committee will hold its annual celebration on June 2.
