The Caribbean Heritage Committee will hold its annual ecumenical service Wednesday, April 2, at 6 p.m. On Saturday, June 14, the committee will hold its annual gala dinner dance at Grand Prospect Hall in Brooklyn; tickets are $80 and tables will be available. For more information, call the committee at 212-815-1420.

The Women’s Committee will hold its spring event on Friday, April 18, from 6 to 11 p.m. with D.J. Prince Albert for a donation of $10 in advance or $15 at the door. For tickets and more information, please call Committee Chair Walthene Primus at 212-815-7672 or other committee members listed on the flier available in the union lobby. The committee has also scheduled a bake sale fundraiser in the lobby area on April 24.

The Education Committee will hold a scholarship fundraiser titled, “An Evening of Jazz, Rhythm and Blues,” on May 8 at the South Street Seaport’s elegant Sequoia Restaurant on Pier 17 from 6 to 10 p.m. Admission is $100. For information please call Chairperson Shirley A. Williams at 212-815-1219.

The Jewish Heritage Committee invites members and friends to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Israel on Thursday, June 5, beginning at 5:30 p.m. with lively music, kosher food and guest speakers.
