Staten Island Dems honor Lillian Roberts

HONORED March 27 by the Democratic Party of Staten Island were DC 37 Executive Director Lillian Roberts and longtime union friend Debi Rose, the City Council member who represents northern Staten Island. Roberts received the Harry Van Arsdale Jr. Labor Award, which is named after a former head of the Central Labor Council and was presented by Comptroller Scott Stringer, and Rose was named Democrat of the Year.
