How to reach DC 37 services and benefits

While most DC 37 departments and divisions were moving back into union headquarters at 125 Barclay St. in early July, some important benefit operations were not scheduled to return until a little later, and members were asked to continue using the following information:

Health and Security

Members and retirees can reach the Health & Security Plan Inquiry Unit at 212-815-1234 to inquire about prescription drug, disability and other plan benefits. H & S centers are open to service members. Additional Telephones:

Forms only: 212-815-1531 to request dental forms, fee schedules, participating providers, optical vouchers, etc.

Personal Service Unit: 212-815-1260 (Phone-in hours 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday-Friday; walk-in hours 9 a.m. to noon, Monday-Friday.)

Health & Pension Services Unit: 212-815-1200.

College of New Rochelle


The DC 37 Campus of the College of New Rochelle's School of New Resources is currently at its "home away from home" at 30 Broad St. in Lower Manhattan and will also offer some courses at St. John's University at 101 Murray St. For more information, call 914-654-5730.
