Ed Fund asks members:
How are we doing? In
1971 the District Council 37 Education Fund was created to provide educational
opportunities for eligible union members. For the past 35 years the fund has presented
programs designed to help members develop their academic and occupational skills.
Today the courses offered range from Adult Basic Education to Foreign Language
Skills, Computer Training, Allied Health and Career Development. As DC
37 prepares for the future, the Education Fund would like to hear from you, the
membership, regarding ways in which the fund has assisted you in reaching your
educational goals. In addition, your thoughts about future offerings of the fund
would be greatly appreciated. Please take a moment to complete the survey
below and return it. Your responses will be carefully reviewed and considered
as we prepare for the future. Our past success would have been impossible if not
for the dedication and commitment of DC 37 members. Thank you for making the past
35 years possible, and we look forward to working with you in the future,
said Ed Fund Administrator Barbara Kairson.
